There are many articles, books, and talks about the path from being a developer to becoming a manager.
But what about the reverse path?[...]

I gained several new skills while working as a manager, and most of these are extremely useful as an IC. I believe that only after taking this path (developer-manager-developer) can I truly consider myself a senior developer.

But why? Because now I know exactly what other layers of the company expect, value, and need. And as a developer, I can now provide it.

The new Drupal CMS targets marketers and content editors, challenging other platforms that promise no-code and easy learning. This raises questions on whether Drupal developers might be replaced by site builders with functional and AI prompt skills even in companies handling large projects with complex requirements. In this session we will explore how traditional Drupal teams can adapt and make use of the Drupal CMS mindset to deliver more efficient and user-centric projects.
